摘要
以3,4-二羟基苯甲醛、4-氨基安替比林和醋酸盐为原料,在酸性条件下,以乙醇为溶剂,合成了3,4-二羟基苯甲醛缩4-氨基安替比林席夫碱及其配合物。考察了反应时间、温度、原料配比对该合成的影响。结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:3,4-二羟基苯甲醛∶4-氨基安替比林∶醋酸盐=1∶1∶1(摩尔比),在80℃条件下反应5 h,产率可达80%。通过红外和紫外光谱进行表征,研究了它们的性质。
3,4-dihydroxybenzaidehyde-4-aminoatipyrin (HL) and its complexs of zinc (Ⅱ), nickel (Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) was synthesized by using 3,4-dihydroxybenzaidehyde,4-aminoantipyrine and acetate as main materials and under the condition of acid and ethanol as solvent. After testing the effect of mixture ratio, temperature and time on reaction carefully, the result shows that the optimum condition are as follows: the mole ratio of 3,4-dihydroxybenzaidehyde,4-aminoantipyrine to acetate is 1 : 1 : 1, the reaction time is 5 h at 80 ℃. The rate of production can amount to 80%. The HL and its complexes are characterized by means of IR and UV spectra.
