摘要 论述了高吸水性树脂的工业化生产工艺,对工业生产中涉及影响性能的细节问题作了探讨。采用低活化能的氧化-还原引发剂,引发温度低,反应平稳。利用本工艺可以方便的调节树脂的吸水倍数和吸水凝胶强度,适合单线1 000 t/a生产规模。 An industrial technology of super absorbent resin production was elaborated in this article. Many factors which affect the SAP performance were described, where a low activation energy composite Oxy-Red initiator was used to initiate reaction at a mild condition, facilely just the water absorbent rate and gel strength. Use this technology, the producing ability can reach 1 000 t/a on one line.
