摘要
云南少数民族师范类大学生毕业后大部分同学要回到自己的家乡从事中小学教育,他们不仅是知识的传播者,同时也是学生心理健康的维护者。教育实践表明,教师的兴趣、情绪、心态、心理健康状况等对学生个性的发展和个性品质的形成具有深远的影响。对云南少数民族师范类大学生的心理素质问题进行研究,可以帮助他们更好地适应中小学教育的要求。
Most Yunnan's minority students, upon graduation from teacher's colleges, will return to their hometowns to teach either in an elementary or a middle school. They are not only disseminators of knowledge but also maintainers of their students' mental healthy. Educational experience shows teacher's interest, mood, attitude and mental health may have significant influence over student's characters and personality. A study on the psychological condition of Yunnan's minority students of teacher's college will greatly contribute to making them better adapt to their posts as elementary or middle school teachers.
