茶树组织与器官培养研究进展

Progress in the research on tissue and organ culture of tea plant

收集了自20世纪60年代以来茶叶研究者在国内和国际刊物上发表的重要论文,对茶树组织与器官培养研究工作做了简要的介绍。近40年来茶树组织与器官培养研究取得了较大的进展,但仍然还有不少难题未攻克。利用离体培养作为技术平台运用于茶树育种,还有一段艰难的路程要走,期待着茶叶研究者在今后的研究中取得更大的成果。

Since the 60＇s of the 20th century, the main research, articles published on the Journals about the tissue and organ of tea plant （Camellia sinensis） are introduced and commented in this review papar. In nearly 40 years, a great progress has been made in the field of the tissue and organ culture, but there is a far way to make use of the culture in vitro in the breeding of tea plant. We expect more pretty research present in the coming years.
