Progress on Synthesis of Nevirapine and Its Important Intermediate CAPIC
摘要
奈韦拉平是一种有效的治疗艾滋病的药物。综述了近几年来奈韦拉平及其重要中间体2-氯-3-氨基-4-甲基吡啶(CAPIC)的合成方法,特别是对各合成方法的优劣做了分析和说明,希望能在国内实现其工业化生产提供技术支持。
Nevirapine is a kind of effective medicine cured AIDS. The synthetic of Nevirapine and its important intermediate 3 - amino - 2 - chloro - 4 - methyl pyridine （CAPIC） in recent years were surveyed, especially every syntheticmethod were analysis and explained.
