水相中合成5-苯基-1H-四唑的新法探究

A New Way of Synthesizing 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole in Water

摘要 以苯甲腈、迭氮钠为原料,锌盐为催化剂,探讨在水相中合成5-苯基-1H-四唑化合物的新方法,研究了反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂用量与反应物配比对产品收率的影响.结果表明,反应过程容易进行,最佳反应条件为n苯甲腈∶n迭氮钠=1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.25 mol,反应时间20 h,溶剂用量200 mL,产率可以达到80%以上. Sodium azide and benzonitrile as raw materials,zinc salts as catalysts,a new way to synthesize 5-Phenyl-1H-terazole in water was put forward. Factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimal reaction conditions were found out. It was shown that molar ratio of benzonitrile to sodium azide is 1 : 1.2,catalyst adding 0.25 mol,reaction time 20 h,solvent adding 200 mL,and the yield of 5-phenyl -1H-tetrazole reaches 80M.
