基于博弈理论的城中村改造模式探究——以呼和浩特市为例

Study on Rebuilding Model of Villages in City Based on the Game Theory—Taking Huhhot as An Example

建立了城中村改造的博弈模型,通过分析改造过程中各种利益主体的博弈过程,得出城中村改造的主体及其战略组合形式.结合重建、调整和控制3种城中村改造形式以及呼和浩特市的实际情况,提出呼和浩特市不同类型城中村的改造模式.

A game model of villages in city was established, and the main corpus and their strategic combination forms were gained by analyzing various benefit corpus in game progress of rebuilding villages in city. The rebuilding modes for different villages were put forward based on three kinds of rebuilding forms of villages in city, such as reconstruction, adjustment and control, and the actual circumstance of Huhhot.
