摘要
论述了新型脉冲矢量网络分析仪窄带检波技术的测试方法和自动控制方法,介绍了实现T/R组件脉冲高功率测试的两种硬件配置。详细论述了网络分析仪接收机中频门设置的原理,总结了中频门的硬件实现方法;并通过数控移相器的测试数据分析了被测件响应时间和中频门延时设置之间的关系,提出了中频门参数的设置方法。这些测试方法成功地应用于有源相控阵雷达T/R组件的测试。
The test method and the automatic control method of new pulse vector network analyzer using narrowband detection technology are described. Two hardware configurations of T/R module pulse high power test are presented. The principle of setting the IF gate of network analyzer receiver is explained in detail. The han:lware method of IF gate is summarized. The relation between DUT respond time and IF gate delay setting is analzyed by test data of numerical control phase shifter. The parameter setting method of IF gate is proposed. These test methods have been applied to the phased array radar's T/R modules test successfully.
