摘要
论述了有机肥料中水溶性碳的测定方法,样品先经去离子水振荡浸提过滤处理,浸提液中的水溶性碳在加热条件下,用过量的重铬酸酸钾-硫酸溶液氧化水溶性有机碳,多余的重铬酸钾用硫酸亚铁标准溶液滴定,由消耗的重铬酸钾量按氧化校正系数计算出有机碳量。结果表明,此法回收率达96.1%~97.7%,变异系数为5.95%~7.4%。该方法操作简便,结果令人满意。
This paper introduced a method of detecting the water-soluble carbon in organic fertilizer. The process was as follows:the sample was dipped in the deionized water and vibrating, filtrating, then the filtrated solution left, in which the water-soluble carbon was oxided by excessive compound solution of potassium bichromate and H_,SO4 under the condition of heating. Subsequently, the redundant potassium bichromate was titrated by the standard ferrous sulfate solution, and the content of organic carbon was calculated by the oxide calibration coefficient and the amount of reactive potassium bichromate. The result indicated that the return-ratio reached 96.1%-97.7% and the coefficient of varation was less than 5.95%-7.4% through this method. In addition, the method is simple in operation process and the result is satisfying.
