摘要
利用压力自控密闭微波消解系统,首先用65%硝酸和30%过氧化氢消化液分解消化样品,并选择微波消化的最佳条件,然后再用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中钼、铜、钴、镁、铁、锌、铬、钙、锂、硒等微量元素,从而表明微波消化技术在药品测定分析中的重要作用。该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高、再现性好等特点。回收率均在96%~103%之间。
Trace amounts of Mo Cu Co Mg Fe Zn Cr Ca Li and Se in Medicine and Chemical Reagents were determined by FAAS. Digestion of the sample with 65% NHO3 and 30% H202 in a closed Teflon vessel and heating with microwave oven were used in the analysis. This method was proved to be not only rapid and simple, but also of high sensitivity and good repeatability. The recoveries are in the range of 96%~103%.
