成人型出血性烟雾病的CT及脑血管数字减影血管造影诊断探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT、数字减影血管造影(DSA)对成人出血性烟雾病的诊断价值,以提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析25例成人出血性烟雾病的CT平扫与DSA全脑血管造影的表现。结果25例患者CT检查颅内有不同部位出血灶,以脑室出血多见(包括原发性与继发性)。DSA造影显示一侧或双侧颈内动脉系统的狭窄或闭塞,部分病例尚合并椎-基底动脉病变,所有病例均有不同程度的异常血管网形成。结论CT可以作出初步诊断,明确诊断有赖脑血管造影。 Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnose value of CT,DSA to Moyamoya disease,aimed to enhance diagnosis level. Methods We reviewed the CT and DSA data of 25 cases with adult hemorrhagic Moyamoya disease retrospectively. Results CT scan of 25 cases showed hemorrhage in different sites, ventricular hemorrhage was more common. DSA displayed stricture or obliteration of ICA in hemi or bilateral, some cases incorporated vertebrae basilar artery pathology also, all cases displayed abnormity vasoganglion in some degree. Conclusion Exclusion other cause of cerebral hemorrhage, CT could help diagnose the disease preliminarily, but find a diagnosis should depend on DSA.
