摘要
分析了产品自顶向下协同装配设计的特点,以及其设计任务规划对产品设计周期和设计效率的影响,研究了任务规划方案,主要包括任务分组和任务组分配。任务分组根据设计组工作量尽可能均衡和任务组内任务应具有较高关联耦合度两个原则,给出了分组遗传算法。根据任务组的关键度和设计组的综合能力,提出了任务组分配算法。以牛头刨床自顶向下协同装配设计为例,验证了任务分组和任务组分配算法的可行性与有效性。
Characteristics of top-down collaborative assembly design, and influence of design task planning on cycle and efficiency of the product design were analyzed. Then the task planning scheme was discussed which including task grouping and task group assignment. A genetic algorithm for the task grouping was developed according to two principles of the workload should be balanced among the design teams and the tasks with high coupling relationships should be grouped into the same task group. And the algorithm for task group assignment was proposed according to critical degree of the task group and overall capability of the design team. As a case, the top-down collaborative assembly design of the shaper was demonstrated.
