摘要 为合理、有效而全面地评价公共产品平台,提出了一种综合评价方法,建立了平台综合评价体系结构和基于层次分析法-加权灰色关联度方法的平台综合评价决策模型。将定性分析与定量分析相结合,使评价过程更具客观性,同时兼顾了指标间的关联性,并综合单项指标与多项指标两个方面对平台各阶段进行评价,以做出正确的平台决策。最后,通过冰箱平台的例子说明了该方法的有效性和可操作性。 To evaluate common product platform more rationally and effectively, a comprehensive evaluation approach was proposed. Comprehensive evaluation architecture of platform and an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)-Grey Conjunction Degree(GCD)-based decision model of platform evaluation were presented. Correct platform decisions were made based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to make objective evaluation on platform. Each platform version was evaluated with a single index and multi-index, which considered the conjunctions of indices. Finally, a case study of refrigerator platform was presented to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the approach.
