摘要
人力资源是企业发展的第一资源,对中小企业尤为重要。陕西省中小企业数量众多,人力资源管理状况直接影响着企业的生存和发展,进而制约了陕西经济的发展。从分析陕西中小企业人力资源管理的特点入手,结合人力资源管理的基本原理,探讨了陕西中小企业人力资源管理模式,同时提出了相应的配套措施。
Human resource is the first resource for enterprise development, especially for medium and small enterprises. Because there are a large number of medium and small enterprises in Shaanxi, the status of their human resource management not only affect their survival and development directly, but also restrain the local economic development. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of human resource management, the paper explores the management mode of human resource in small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi according to the basic principles of human resource management, finally presents some corresponding and supporting measures.
