乙烯生产是石化工业的龙头,其生产规模、产量和技术标志着一个国家石化工业的发展水平。在当今中国加入WTO,市场竞争激烈的形势下,我国乙烯工业面临着前所未有的挑战。描述了国内外乙烯工业的现状,用对比分析的方法对乙烯生产能力、乙烯原料优化、乙烯装置规模和乙烯装置运转周期等影响乙烯工业竞争力的关键因素进行了国内外对比分析,提出了提升我国乙烯工业竞争力的对策建议。

Ethylene production is the head of oil and chemical industry. Its productive size, output and technology mark the developing level of the oil and chemistry industry in our country. With accession of China to the WTO and the intense competition of market, our ethylene industry is faced with the unprecedented challenge. Based on the description of the ethylene industry states at home and abroad, the paper focuses on the contrastive analysis of key factors affecting the competitiveness of ethylene industry, which include the productive ability of ethylene, optimization of ethylene raw materials, the size and the running periods of ethylene devices. At last, some countermeasures are suggested so as to improve the competitiveness of ethylene industry in our country.
