上海市宝山区细菌性痢疾发病影响因素的病例对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨细菌性痢疾发病的主要影响因素。[方法]采用配对病例对照研究,利用统一调查表进行问卷调查,用条件Logistic回归进行单因素和多因素分析。[结果]单因素分析显示,细菌性痢疾发病的影响因素为住宅整洁程度、可疑饮食史、饭前洗手和便后洗手,OR值分别为0.48、94.00、0.38、0.40;多因素分析显示,细菌性痢疾发病的影响因素为可疑饮食史和饭前洗手,OR值分别为121.58、0.16。[结论]可疑饮食史是细菌性痢疾的主要危险因素,饭前洗手是细菌性痢疾的主要保护性因素。 [ Objective] To probe the influencing factors of bacillary dysentery. [ Methods] Questionnaire investigation was used to obtain information in this matched case - control study. Conditional logistic regression model was used in the univariate and multivariate analysis. [Results] The results of univariate analysis showed that domestic hygiene, intake of suspicious foods, washing hands before dining and washing hands after defecation were related to bacillary dysentery, their OR values were 0.48, 94.00, 0. 38 and 0.40 respectively. The results of multivariate analysis showed that intake of suspicious foods and washing hands before dining were related with bacillary dysentery. [ Conclusion ] Intake of suspicious foods is the chief risk factor while washing hands before dining is the chief protective factor for bacillary dysentery.
