高精度活塞自动分选打字机CAT系统研制

Design of a CAT System for High－precision Piston Autosorter Printer

介绍了为东风汽车公司研制的活塞自动分选打字机的CAT系统及其软硬件原理。该仪器是与由美国引进的康明斯生产线配套的高精度测试仪器，用于测量活塞3个断面的大径尺寸，并根据测量结果打印相应字样。该仪器的测量精度为1．5μm，并具有微机控制、中文显示、数据处理和故障自然功能。

A CAT system and the principle of its software and hardware for a high-precision piston auto-sorter/printer (PASP) are introduced.The instrument developed for Dongfeng Motor Factory and used on the introduced Comminse production line of engine .The given diameters of 3-sections of a piston are measured and cerain characters are printed on the top of the piston according to the result of the measurement by PASP instrument.The measuring accuracy of its is l .5μm, and the PASP is featured by computer control,data acquistion and processing, error compensation ,autodiagnosing and Chinese display.
