摘要
全面考察了PX氧化反应体系热力学平衡规律,建立了针对该体系完整的热力学平衡数据库。总结归纳了已发表的有关该体系的热力学平衡数据,实验测定了部分相平衡数据,回归得到各物质间的作用参数。提出的热力学模型及参数很好地与文献数据、实验数据以及现场数据吻合,为PX氧化过程的热力学平衡计算提供了有力的依据。
The thermodynamic equilibrum principle of the PTA oxidation reaction system was overall studied. A complete thermodynamic equilibrum data base was established according to the system. The published thermodynamic equilibrum data related to the system was concluded. Part of the phase equilibrum data were determined by the experiment. The interaction parameters among each mass were obtained by the regression of the experiment data. The raised thermodynamic model and parameters tallied with the literature data,experiment data and on-the-spot data better. The model and parameters provided powerful methods for the thermodynamic equilibrium calculation of PX oxidation process.
