摘要
目的研究SD大鼠骨质疏松模型血清hepcidin含量的变化。方法取72只大鼠分为模型组和对照组,模型组用70mg/kg/d维甲酸持续灌胃14d,对照组等量蒸馏水灌胃14d,用ELISA试剂盒测定模型组和对照组第5、6、7、8、9、10 11、12、14d血清hepeidin含量。结果模型组和对照组相比较,血清hepcidin含量在模型建立过程中有变化:第5d略有降低,无显著差异;6、7、8、9、10、11、12d降低,明显差异;14d略有回升,无显著差异。结论血清hepcidin含量降低与骨质疏松形成可能存在直接或间接关系,hepcidin可能成为骨质矿化异常诊断、治疗的新焦点,为进一步研究骨质疏松提供新的思路。
Purpose To investigate serum hepcidin content on osteoporosis model induced by ratinoic acid. Method 72 SD rats were deivided into test group and control group.By intragastric administration, test group were administered with ratinoic acid and control group were administered with tales doses distilled water.After intragastric administration last 14 days,serum hepcidin content was determined by ELISA kit.Result To compared with control group, serum hepcidin content had significant deviation on 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 day, while had no significant deviation on 5, 14 day.Conclusion Serum hepcidin content decrease might have direct or indirect relation with osteoporosis etiological factor, hepcidin might become a new focal point on diagnosis and treatment of abnormality of sclerotin mineralization might provide a new study way on osteoporosis.
