急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗后血液流变性及甲襞微循环变化 被引量:4

Changes of Microcirculations of Nail Fold and Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction following Thrombolytic Therapy

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗后的的血液流变性、甲襞微循环及血脂的动态变化及相互关系。方法分别检测急性心肌梗死患者60例及健康老年人30例血液流变学、甲襞微循环、血脂等指标。结果急性心肌梗死患者的血液粘度值ηb、ηb-1/h与正常组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。HCT、EET、IR、血沉方程K值、Casson屈服值与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。溶栓治疗前患者有不同程度的微循环障碍,与正常老年人比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗前均有不同程度的高粘滞综合征,并伴有以痉挛为主的微循环障碍,血液呈高凝固状态,经治疗后,除个别患者仍有高粘滞血症外,大部分患者(52/60),均降低了高粘滞血症,改善了微循环障碍。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of hemorheology, nail fold microcirculation and serum lipids in patients of acute myocardial infarction after thrombolytic therapy.Methods By means of measuring hemorheological parameters and nailfold microcirculation and serum lipids of 60 acute myocardial infarction patients and 30 healthy old person of control group.Results Compared with the control group, the index of blood viscosity ηb and ηb-1/h of acute myocardial infarction patients were significantly different(P〈0.05); The index of HCT, EET, IR, K value of erythrocyte sedimentation equation and Casson yield stress were significantly different(P〈0.05).There were significantly microcirculation disturbance in the group of acute myocardial infarction than healthy control group.Conclusion In the group of acute myocardial infarction,there were high sticking syndrome,and microcirculation disturbance with dominant blood vessel hyperkinesias and hypercoagulability before thrombolytic therapy; Blood Hyperviscosity Syndrome were decreased in most patients(52/60);and microcirculation disturbance was ameliorated.
