竞赛规则是竞赛活动的准则和法则,是每个参赛者自始至终都必须遵守的法则。竞赛规则的发展变化大致经历了"约定俗成"阶段、"区域化"阶段、"国际化"阶段和"全球化"四个阶段,探讨竞赛规则发展变化的阶段,认识和把握规则变化的主要特征,适应竞赛规则的变化,更好地完成比赛任务,有利于提高我国竞技体育的整体水平。

Competition rules are the norm of competition which every paper probes that the development of competition rule roughly goes through competitor has to comply with all along. This 4 stages, namely the stage of established by usage, regionalization, internationalization and globalization. The knowledge of main features of each stage and discussion of the changing characteristic are beneficial for us to better fit the developing competition rule and realize the whole improvement of competitive sports in China.
