Analysis on Economic Patterns of CATV Networks Integration

首先回顾全国多数地方有线电视网络整合的典型做法，在分析了“行政强迫整合”模式存在不足的基础上，通过对漳州地区广电网络整合案例的剖析，探讨“市场自然整合”模式的可行性，认为推进数字化是当务之急，有线电视网络整合应该在推广数字化的过程中，遵循市场规律，尊重各方利益，实现自然整合，避免行政强迫整合影响有线电视的数字化进程。

This paper firstly introduces the common method of CATV network integration in most places of China. Based on the analysis of the government forced integration, the paper, using Zhangzhou as an example, discusses the economic feasibility of market induced integration. It also points out that, in the process of digitalization, CATV network integration should be conducted under the control of market, not the government force.
