摘要 X80级管线钢具有优异的韧性,其断裂韧性和失效评估曲线是工程应用中安全评定的重要依据。利用J-R阻力曲线的试验测试数据,建立R6选择曲线3评估曲线(R6-3),并与选择曲线1(R6-1)和2(R6-2)相比较,表明这是一种简便、精确的建立失效评估曲线FAC(Failure Assessment Curve)方案。 The fracture toughness and failure assessment curves of X80 pipeline steel with excellent toughness play a role in safety assessment for the engineering application.The failure assessment curves are constructed by the experiment data of J-R resistance curve test, which are determined by using option-3 of CEGB-R6 standard.As compared to option-1 and option-2 curves,the results indicate that it is a convenient and accurate method to construct failure assessment curves.
