摘要
利用显式动力学有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真了CICC(Cable in Conduit Conductor)导体的缩径过程,研究了不同轧制速度和摩擦系数条件下轧制力的变化规律。模拟了导体缩径过程中卷入和稳定轧制时导体内应力、应变的变化过程,分析了缩径过程中钢管的弹复行为。另外对轧制仿真过程中网格密度对计算精度的影响也进行了计算和比较。其结果为CICC导体的研制提供了依据。
The explicit dynamic finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the process of CICC(Cable in Conduit Conductor)compaction. Relation between rolling speed,meshing density,friction coefficient and rolling force was studied.It is found that rolling force increases with the increase of the friction coefficient.Rolling force is almost constant during steady state rolling.Stress and metal flow in steel tube during sizing process were analyzed.And the effect of the strip mesh density on the simulation result is also studied in this paper.The findings provide a important basis for the design and produce of the CICC.
