强力焊管的孔型设计

摘要 上海申花钢管有限公司在114高频焊管机组上突破传统冷弯变形方法,设计出强力焊管。介绍了强力焊管的特点及其生产工艺流程。举例说明了强力焊管孔型设计方法。经实际使用证明,强力焊管在同等使用条件下,比传统矩形管金属消耗降低很多,强力焊管在机械制造、汽车构架、仓储货架、轻钢结构建筑等行业广泛应用,并获得实用新型专利。 High-strength welded pipe was designed out by Shanghai Shen Hua Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd by breaking through traditional cold-bending forming change on OD 114 mm high frequency welded pipe units.The characteristic and its production process flow of high strength welded pipe are introduced.The pass design method of high strength welded pipe is also explained with examples.It has been proved by actual application that the metal consumption of high-strength welded pipe is lower than that of traditional rectangle tube under the same using condition.High-strength welded pipe has been widely used for many industries,such as mechanical manufacturing,automobile framework,storage shelf and light steel construction etc.,with practical patent.
