High-strength welded pipe was designed out by Shanghai Shen Hua Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd by breaking through traditional cold-bending forming change on OD 114 mm high frequency welded pipe units.The characteristic and its production process flow of high strength welded pipe are introduced.The pass design method of high strength welded pipe is also explained with examples.It has been proved by actual application that the metal consumption of high-strength welded pipe is lower than that of traditional rectangle tube under the same using condition.High-strength welded pipe has been widely used for many industries,such as mechanical manufacturing,automobile framework,storage shelf and light steel construction etc.,with practical patent.
