摘要
通过对焊缝超声波检测原理和检测系统实施过程的分析,论述了检测系统的要素组成;总结了检测实施过程的基本特征与缺陷判定、焊缝质量评定的关系以及存在的主要问题;提出了提高焊缝超声波检测可靠性应控制检测实施过程诸要素的途径和方法。
It states composition elements of testing system through analysis to principle of weld ultrasonic testing and operational process of testing system and summaries relation among basic character of testing system,determinant of defect and evaluation of welding quality and existed main issues,and also proposes approach,direction and methods to control all constituent elements during testing process in order to improve reliability of weld ultrasonic testing.
