摘要
从系统论的观点出发，明确定义了过程工程领域的基本概念，定义了过程体系结构，采用了一个扩充的ＣＯＳＭＯＳ模型，以支持灵活的过程建模，并在此基础上讨论了过程的工程化支持．
From the view of system theory,the relation between process and system is clarified,a process architecture is defined,and an expanded COSMOS model is adopted to describe an enterprise model and to support effective process modeling.Based on this,the basic concepts in process engineering are defined,and the engineering support of process is discussed.
