洁净手术室空气净化与环境管理的实施效果

Implementary Effect of Air Purification and Environmental Management in Laminar Air-flow Operating Room

目的探讨洁净手术室护理管理的经验,为手术患者提供高度洁净、安全的手术环境,预防感染,提高手术质量。方法采取无菌、净化运行、清洁管理措施,并与启用洁净手术室(A组)前同一时间段内普通手术室(B组)的无菌手术切口感染率、手术间空气细菌监测结果相比较。结果A组无菌切口感染率为0.05%,B组无菌切口感染率为0.15%,两组切口感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);空气监测结果:A组为(9.77±29.13)CFU/m3,B组为(132.37±81.40)CFU/m3,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论洁净手术室的启用和完善的管理措施,有效地降低手术感染率,提高手术质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing supervision experience in laminar air-flow operating room （OR） and to provide a very clean and safe operating environment for the surgical patients, in order to prevent the operation infection and raise operation quality. METHODS To take the measures of aseptic, clean, purificatory management, and compare the ratio of infection of incisional wound on aseptic operation and the air bacteria detection results with the general operating room simultaneously. RESULTS The ratio of infection of incisional wound on aseptic operation was 0.05 % in the laminar air-flow OR（group A） and 0.15 % in the general operating room （group B）, P〈0. 05, there was significant statistically difference between the two groups; as the results of air bacteria detection, the air bacteria colony counts were （9.77±29.13） in group A and （132.37±81.40）CFU/m^3 in group B, P〈 0. 01, there was very significant statistically difference between the two groups. CONCLUSIONS The application of laminar air-flow OR and consummate management measures can reduce the ratio of surgical infection and raise the operation quality.
