摘要
模卡式拼装节能墙体是一种新型高效率的中间保温墙体体系。采用灵活的中空结构形式,能够适应国家更高标准的节能要求和不同地区的节能要求。满足节能65%要求的双层90mm粉煤灰陶粒混凝土模卡墙板加80mm厚聚苯板构成的模卡墙体实际水蒸气分压力远小于饱和水蒸气压力,且在墙体中的分布线不相交,故模卡式陶粒混凝土墙体墙板内部不会出现冷凝结潮,具有良好的抗冷凝结潮性能。
Energy saving assembly wall of modulus mortise type is a new system, which can save energy efficiently by heat preservation material between two wallboards.Because of hollow structure,it can meet national high energy saving demands and adapt to all zone.In order to meet the demand of energy saving 65 percents,the mortised wall must be made of two layer 90mm lytag concrete with 80mm polystyrene foam in between. The actual water vapor partial pressure is further less than saturated water vapor partial pressure,and the distributed lines of them are not intersected, so condensation and moisture didn't appear inside of mortised wall.The wall has good behavior in anti-condensation and anti-moisture.
