摘要 以低等级粉煤灰胶砂体系为研究对象,选取激发剂(Ca(OH)2)掺量、蒸养时间、减水剂掺量和误差做为粉煤灰活性的影响因素,用正交试验的方法进行设计。采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)考察掺与不掺激发剂组间Ca(OH)2量的变化和水化产物的特征,同时运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),从水化产物的形貌和微区元素组成的角度系统分析了激发剂对粉煤灰活性激发的机理。 Taking the lower fly ash cement rubber granulated substance as the research object, choosing the activator(Ca(OH)2) amounts, steaming curing time,water reducing agent amounts and error as the influencing factor of the fly ash activity,to design with adopting orthogonal experiment method.X-ray diffraction technology( XRD ) was used to inspect the quatitative change of Ca( OH)2 and the hydrated products characteristics between mixed with activator and not in the research of the active mechanism.At the same time, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was utilized to analyse systematically the activiation of fly ash with activator from the hydrated product appearance and the micro area elemental composition.
