益气活血方对系统性红斑狼疮患者血栓前状态改善作用的研究

STUDY ON IMPROVING EFFECT OF YIQI HUOXUE RECIPE ON PRETHROMBOTIC STATE OF PATIENT WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

目的:探讨益气活血方对系统性红斑狼疮患者血栓前状态的改善作用。方法:临床观察单用激素组与并用益气活血方组治疗前后血液流变性及凝血指标的变化.结果:单用激素组治疗后血浆黏度及RBC聚集指数轻度升高,并用益气活血方组治疗后低切全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原等均显著降低,凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)显著延长。结论:益气活血方能明显改善SLE患者的血栓前状态。

Objective:To observe the improving effect of yiqi huoxue recipe on the prethrombotic state of 102 cases with system lupus erythemalosus.Methods:102 cases with system lupus erythemalosus were divided into two groups,control group was given hormone,treated group was given hormone and Chinese herbs-yiqi huoxue recipe.The hemorheological property was determined by blood viscousmeter.Results:The plasm viscosity and RBC aggregation index were increased in hormone group,the blood viscosity,RBC aggregotion indexes and fibrinogen content were significantly reduced,prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time were obviously prolonged in yiqi huoxue recipe group.Conclusion:Yiqi huoxue recipe could improve the prethrombotic state of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and reduce the side effect of hormone.
