摘要
后现代主义主张消解中心和本源、颠覆形而上学的二元对立论,也就是主张文化的超越,以倡导多样性、推崇多元文化和尊重差异性。思维活动是文化超越的重要原因,为了突出差异性和不确定性,后现代思维坚持"差异原则"和"对话机制"。为此,后现代语境下的国际商务谈判遵循多元的思维方式和辩证的思维逻辑,坚持"求同存异"的谈判原则和"伦理性"的谈判规则,以期实现"双赢"的谈判目标。
Post-modernity favors cultural transcendence, and therefore advocates plural culture and esteems diversity and difference. The cultural transcendence is mainly attributable to the thinking modes. Post-modernist thinking maintains "difference principle" and "dialogue rule". Therefore, post-modernist international business negotiation should follow pluralistic thinking modes and dialectical logic, and adhere to the negotiation principle of "seeking common ground while reserving differences" and the ethical negotiation rule, so as to reach the "win-win" negotiation target.
