A Report on Foreign Language Teaching Reform in the Regular Institutions of Higher Learning in Chongqing

重庆直辖10周年之际,重庆市普通高等学校外语专业教学在规模和质量上均取得了令人瞩目的成就,与此同时也存在一些不足。摸清市内高校外语专业教学改革的现状,为切实提高外语专业教学质量提供决策依据。

Toward the lOth anniversary of Chongqing Municipality, great achievements have been made in the quality and scale of foreign language teaching in the colleges and universities in the municipality. Admittedly, there are also some problems or shortcomings. This study is intended to survey the current situations in foreign language teaching in these colleges and universities and to provide basis for decision-making of quality improvement.
