摘要
目的了解我市二级及以上综合医院手术室护理人员配置及护理质量现状,为改进手术室护理人员配置,提高手术室护理质量提供依据。方法对我市12所二级及以上综合医院的手术室护理人员配置及护理质量现状进行问卷调查。结果手术室护理人员数量明显不足,护理质量参差不齐。结论应合理配置手术室护理人员,提高手术室护理质量。
Objectives To investigate the current status of nurse staffing and quality of nursing in operation rooms in Grade 2 and 3 general hospitals,and to provide reference for the improvement of nurse staffing and quality of nursing. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 12 grade 2 and grade 3 general hospitals to investigate the situation of nurse staffing and quality of nursing in operation room. Results The nurse staffing in operation room showed insufficiency and the quality of nursing was diversified. Conclusion It is suggested to modify the nurse staffing and improve the quality of nursing.
