儿童霍奇金淋巴瘤研究进展
摘要
霍奇金淋巴瘤是儿童肿瘤中对化疗和放疗均较敏感的一种恶性肿瘤，目前的治疗能获得较好的长期生存率。近来通过应用显微解剖法和分子遗传学方法研究肿瘤细胞抗原受体基因的特征、凋亡途径、抗原表达、肿瘤细胞产生细胞因子和趋化因子，对这一疾病的病理生理学及治疗有了新的认识。本文就这些研究进展作一综述。
