摘要
详细分析了压电行波超声马达定子中两相驻波波幅不等、振动相位差异于90°时,对转子运动平稳性的影响,并得出定子中同时存在驻波和行波,转子旋转速度以两倍的激振频率变化的结论。系统地研究了压电行波超声马达的三种调速方法:调压、调频、调相。
This paper carries out a detailed analysis of the influence of the waves existing in the stator of a piezoelectric traveling wave ultrasonic motor on the smoothness of the rotor motion,when two standing waves in the stator are not equal in their amplitudes and different from 90° in their vibrational phase. It is concluded that on this condition there is a standing wave and a traveling wave in the stator at the same time and the rotary speed of the motor changes at the rate of twice the exciting frequency.The mechanism of the power transmission and three kinds of speed adjustment,that is ,the adjustments of voltage,phase and frequency of the motor are systematically investigated.The driving force of the motor and its load properties are also discussed.
