摘要 对细菌耐药性的产生及分子机制即固有耐药性、获得性耐药性、耐药性基因移动的方式等进行了论述,并着重分析了获得性耐药机制及耐药性基因移动的方式,对存在问题及发展前景进行了展望. This paper presents a study on the happening of bacterial resistance to antibiotics and its molecular mechanisms such as intrinsic resistance,acquired resistance, and ruouement loays of resistant genes. The acguired resistance mechanisms and the mouement ways of resistant genes were analysized in particular. The existing problems and its prospect are pointed out.
