临床心脏电生理检查的标测技术
Mapping technique of clinical cardiac electrophysiology
摘要
1969年Scherlag首次经导管成功记录到希氏束电图，标志着心腔内电图记录技术的诞生。70年代，开始应用多极导管进行心脏程序刺激诱发室性心律失常，并对预激综合征伴发的室上性心动过速（室上速）进行标测。最终，Wellens将自己老师Durrer提出的心脏程序刺激规范化，并把心腔内电图与心腔程序刺激技术（程序刺激）紧密结合，形成了心脏电生理检查的基本方法，标志着心脏电生理学新学科的问世。
