摘要
窒息性毒剂光气(COCl2),作为一种广泛存在的工业原料及环境污染物,人体吸入后经一定潜伏期可导致肺水肿,甚至急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)。该文对光气吸入性肺损伤的中毒机制和治疗进展作一综述。
Phosgene, an asphyxiant poisoning, is a worldwide industrial material and environmental pollutant. Phosgene inhalation, after latent period, could result in pulmonary edema, even then acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). This article summarized the study on the pathogenesis of lung injury caused by phosgene inhalation and related treatment.
