再生工程已风行美国企业管理领域,探讨了再生工程的组织理论与组织结构设计思想以及再生工程与信息技术之间的关系。
Reengineering has been popular in management field of American. This paper discusses the theory of organization for reengineering and design philosophy of organizational structure as well as relations between reengineering and information technology.
