摘要
利用相对于工件对称安装的两个测头分离拖板直行运动误差,以消除导轨直线度误差及导轨对回转轴线的平行度误差对圆柱度误差测量准确度的影响。用这种方法,测量装置结构简单,数据处理简便,便于实际应用。
Two probes that are set up symmetrically relative to the workpiece to be measured are used to separate the straight movement error of the carriage, so that the influence of straightness and parallelism of the guide relative to the rotating axis of the workpiece on the measurement accuracy of cylindricity is eliminated. This method is simple in measurement apparatus and convenient to data processing, and so facilitated to practical use.
