摘要
在长度测量仪器中,原理误差多数是由机构的非线性传动特性与要求的线性化刻度特性不一致而产生的。正弦机构由于其结构简单,在测量仪器中广为应用。讨论了利用最小二乘法原理确定正弦机构摆杆的工作长度,从而减小机构的原理误差。
Among the length measuring instrument, the theoretical error iscaused mostly by the difference between the nonlinear transmission characteristic ofthe mechanism and the desirable linear graduated characteristic. Due to structure of sine mechanism is simple, it is used extensively for measurement instruments. Discusses the method to define pendulum bar length of sine mechanism by the leastsquares method, thereby the theoretical error is reduced.
