摘要 介绍水轮发电机镜板平面度误差在位测量的实用方法:采用测点数为4的倍数的正方形布点方案或测点数为偶数的环形布点方案获取数据,通过数据处理消除测量过程的系统误差;用平差法处理数据,以正方形四个角点或环形的两直径上相距较远的四点构成对角线,建立理想平面,通过基面转换,计算各测点的数据,从而获得平面度误差。测量采用支承面为圆形平面的可调式桥板,预先设置精密定位孔,较之传统的划线法定位,既缩短了测量准备时间,又提高了测量的重复性。 Proposes a practical method of in-situ measuring the mirror fiat's planeness error of a water turhogenerator. The square scheme or the circular scheme can be used to gain data, as the measuring point number of the former is the multiple of four and the later's is an even number. By data processing, the sys tematic error can be eliminated. Through processing data with the balancing method, setting the ideal plane with special diagonal line, and transforming the base plane, we can calculate the error of each point and get the planeness error. Since an adjustable bridge board with circular plate bearing has been used in the measuring, compared to the traditional orientation method, the method of setting the precision orientation hole first can cut short the prepare time and improve the repeatability of the measurement.
