摘要
为了验证各种车辆悬挂系统的性能,设计了车辆悬挂系统的负载模拟器以及控制系统。建立了数学模型,并在LabVIEW软件平台上开发了基于虚拟仪器的模拟实验系统,该系统可以针对各种需要设计载荷谱并进行跟踪。实验证明该系统工作稳定,跟踪精度高,且具有很强的抗干扰能力。
To improve the performance of active vehicle suspension, a special load simulator and its control system were designed, and its mathematical model was established. The testing system, which has friendly interface and powerful functions, was constructed with the LabVIEW. And the system can trace the load sample designed specially. The test results showed that this system stability, high tracking accuracy, and has a strong anti-jamming capability.
