摘要
为提高车辆高速转向时的行驶稳定性,通过建立整车二自由度模型和转向系统力输入动力学方程,用Routh-Hurwitz稳定判据推导了前轮主销后倾角与转向稳定极限车速匹配关系计算式。用样车进行了实例计算和试验研究,试验结果验证了理论分析与计算式的正确性,表明该计算式对前轮主销后倾角与转向稳定车速的关系有一定预测性。
To get the match of front wheel caster angle versus steady cornering velocity, exploring lor the real ways of improving stability of high-speed cornering, based on the equations of 2 free-degrees vehicle dynamic and steering system, a calculating formula was founded by using the Routh-Hurwitz criterion. A vehicle made in China was used as samples, and according to the formula its caster angle was calculated versus steady cornering velocity. The tests of front tire footprint and steering wheel angle step input were carried out in term of state criterion GB/ 6323.2 1994. The tests proved that the formula is characterized by a precision in predicting the match of front wheel caster angle versus steady cornering velocity.
