分子蒸馏模拟分离菜籽油脱臭馏出物中维生素E 被引量:1

Simulation on Separation of Tocopherol from Rapeseed Oil Deodorizer Distillate by Molecular Distillation

摘要 通过对分子蒸馏液膜表面流体流动和传质、传热分析,建立了二维分子蒸馏模型的传质和传热方程,并对菜籽油脱臭馏出物中维生素E的分离进行模拟。研究结果表明:随着蒸馏温度和进料温度的增加,维生素E质量分数增大;随着进料速率增加,维生素E质量分数降低。维生素E达到最高质量分数时的模拟蒸馏温度比试验结果提高了20K,质量分数相差15%,为分子蒸馏分离脱臭馏出物中维生素E的操作参数优化提供了理论依据。 Equilibrium equations of a binary mixture for molecular distillation were derived on the basis of heat and mass transfer in liquid films. Simulation on separation of tocopherol from rapeseed oil deodorizer distillate was carried out. Evaporator temperature of model was 20K higher than experimental value, and relative error of tocopherol concentration was below 15% when high tocopherol concentration was obtained. Results showed that tocopherol concentration increases with the enhancement of evaporator, while feed temperature decreases with feed rate. It provided theoretical basis for the separation of tocopherol from deodorizer distillate.
