摘要
针对弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓是空间不可展曲面而产生的造型困难问题,提出了创建合格点、由点拟合曲线、曲线拟合成曲面、曲面放样成实体的数字化建模方法。建立可变数组,在进行设计工作的同时使CAD能够与数据库动态实时地交换数据,实现设计过程中的数据共享、重用及在线加载。建模方法能够实行动态修改,提高了建模精度。
Aimed at the modeling difficulty that contour graph of globoidal indexing cam is not expanding,the paper brought forward a new reform method of modeling. The digital model was
founded by establishing eligible points, joining points to lines, joining lines to surfaces and molding surfaces to the entity. By building variable numerical group, the CAD could exchange data dvnamicallv in real time with database, while the designing work was carried out. It can realize the share and reuse and online loading of data. The results showed that the method can modify data dynamically and improve the precision, and can provide important data for parts' machining and numerical control programming, sequentially redounding to the further study and manufacture of globoidal indexing cam.
