热轧车轮检测系统误差分析

摘要 利用激光靶标主动视觉测量技术进行热轧车轮尺寸测量时,测量系统误差的分析和补偿至关重要。根据热轧车轮测量原理,综合分析测量系统的原理误差、光学像差、图像散斑、CCD分辨率、被测表面形状、环境温度等因素对测量结果的影响,并通过相应的措施对误差予以补偿。热态试验结果表明,热态车轮轮缘尺寸测量的标准差小于0.55mm,满足热轧车轮的热检精度要求。 It is important that the system errors to be analyzed and compensated when measuring dimensions of hot rolling train wheel by using laser target with active vision technolo According to the measuring principle of hot rolling train wheel, the influence of the princ error, the optical image error, the image speckle, the CCD resolution, the surface shape and the gy. iple the environmental temperature were analyzed synthetically. The corresponding methods were adopted to compensate the errors. The experimental results showed that the measurement standard deviation of the hot train wheel rim is less than 0.55 mm, and the measuring precision is up to the desire for measuring system.
