摘要
利用激光靶标主动视觉测量技术进行热轧车轮尺寸测量时,测量系统误差的分析和补偿至关重要。根据热轧车轮测量原理,综合分析测量系统的原理误差、光学像差、图像散斑、CCD分辨率、被测表面形状、环境温度等因素对测量结果的影响,并通过相应的措施对误差予以补偿。热态试验结果表明,热态车轮轮缘尺寸测量的标准差小于0.55mm,满足热轧车轮的热检精度要求。
