摘要
基础物性数据的获得是多组分精馏过程的计算工作量中最大的一环,RT精馏组分中含有水蒸汽、苯胺、偶氮苯、吩嗪、RT 5个组分,其中关于吩嗪和RT的物性数据,本文应用Riedel法进行了关联;从设计角度模拟了实际运行的精馏装置,考察回流比、回收率、进料温度和热状态对塔的加料位置和实际塔板数的影响,为以后的判断故障和优化生产奠定了基础。
It is the most difficult among calculating basic material properties of multi-compositions in distillation column. There are water vapor, aniline, azobenzene, phenazine, 4-aminodiphenylamine in distillation of RT. It is very short of data of phenazine and 4-aminodiphenylamine properties. In this paper, data of phenazine and 4-aminodiphenylamine properties are connected with method of Riedel. The simulation on operating state of distillation column was conducted from the design point of view. The relations were studied that ratio of reflux, rate of recover, temperature of input-materlal and hot-state effect on the input-material place and amount of column plate. The foundation was strongly lald for later failure-dlagnosis and optimization.
