The multimedia software simulating the extraction of the three-dimensional lattice of cube ZnS,TiO2 (rutile phase) ,graphite and copper crystal is programmed by 3DS MAX and Visual Basic. The software takes the best possible use of multimedia technique, especially the three-dimensional animation, to vividly express the concept of crystal structure, lattice and structural motif. Its design idea, programming method, key technique are introduced.
